メキシコの教育放送局Radio Educaciónの短波放送（XEPPM）からE-QSLが届きました。米国テキサス州Waller Countyに設置されたWebSDR serverに接続して北米南部で聞こえている49mb周辺をサーチしていて発見、受信したものです。今年3月4日に受信したWRMI経由のRAE日本語放送のDX情報番組でも紹介されていたいたので、Eメールによる受信報告を送ってみました。これに対して、2日後に「Es un gusto saludarle desde la Ciudad de México.（メキシコシティからお迎えできることをうれしく思います）」との礼状メールとともにE-QSLが発行されました。

2021年8月にVOM英語放送を受信してEメールにて送っていた受信報告に対して、エアメールにてQSLカード、局紹介パンフレット、モンゴルの切手、ステッカーが届きました。残念ながらQSLカードには私の名前以外の受信データは記載されていませんが、この時世に、航空便で返信いただけただけでも感謝です。また、Eメールにて受信報告を送った際には「コロナ禍で郵便が出せないため、郵送可能になり次第QSLを送る」との返信を、6日後に頂きました。リスナーへの細やかな配慮に、重ねて感謝です。
